Non mi pare sia previsto un deorbiting. Nel press kit, dopo il rilascio dei satelliti, è prevista una manovra di “passivation” che nel Manuale di Ariane 5 (pag. 35 del PDF) è così descritta:

After spacecraft separation, the passivation sequence of the upper stage is realized by: • the orientation of the stage towards a safe direction with respect to the spacecraft orbits, • the spinning of the stage up to 45 deg/s for stabilization purpose, • the outgassing of the tanks through valves.

In modo che non rompa troppo e che non esploda, poi resta lì
