IMO, sotto questa amministrazione vale solo parzialmente, anche per il profilo “defilato” che ha mantenuto il Congresso fino a ora. Si veda il famigerato “impoundment” a inizio legislatura e tutti i tagli a personale e strutture realizzati da DOGE e OMB.
