Ci siamo persi un aggiornamento di Spohn uscito il 23 dicembre.
La prossima settimana decideranno la strategia da adottare una volta raggiunto il limite oltre il quale la benna non può più spingere lateralmente la talpa, per evitare nuovi rimbalzi. Questa volta non si esclude la rischiosa manovra di spingere da dietro:
We will finally decide in the week of Jan 6th, but plans include pushing on the backcap to bring it down a few more centimeters, pushing on the regolith and hammer to see whether the mole is deep enough in to proceed on its own and/or filling the pit. All these options are on the table but we may not need or do all of them
