Concordo pienamente.
Anche io ho avuto l’impressione che abbiano affrettato la conclusione, lasciando anche in sospeso alcune trame, ad esempio quella relativa alle scene di inizio episodio.
Ma forse dipende dalla trama del romanzo su cui si basa la stagione, che io non ho letto?
Ps: per me continua ad essere la serie/film di fantascienza piu’ interessante degli ultimi anni.
Beh di libri ce ne sono altri tre, in cui tutte le trame vengono chiuse.
Vista è confermo quanto detto sopra. Mi è parsa troppo rapida, con poche spiegazioni e trame lasciate sospese. Comunque rimane la mia serie preferita (anche se forse il finale dove non muore nessuno tranne i cattivi) mi è parso troppo disneyano.
Mi sarei aspettato una scena di chiusura a Laconia, mostrando quanto stava costruendo Duarte… per il resto è stata una puntata finale azzeccata.
Spero trovino i fondi per chiudere con un ultima stagione o due
Il problema è che nel libro gli eventi di Laconia continuano dopo un “salto” di 30 anni, quindi, a meno di un cambio di cast, con questi attori difficilmente ci saranno altre stagioni.

Daniel Abraham e Ty Franck, aka James S.A. Corey, insieme a Naren Shankar e Breck Eisner, già showrunner e regista della serie The Expanse, hanno creato Expanding Universe, una media company dedicata alla realizzazione di progetti di fantascienza.
Il primo progetto si chiama “The Captive’s War” ed è una serie che verrà prodotta per Amazon MGM Studios tratta dalla (non ancora completa) trilogia di James S.A. Corey iniziata con “The Mercy of Gods”.
“Set in a distant future of galactic empires and alien civilizations, and inspired by the biblical Book of Daniel, ‘The Captive’s War’ follows a group of prisoners who rise from the ashes of catastrophe to destroy their conqueror’s society from within. Extra. Qualche giorno fa qualcuno ha avuto la fortuna sfacciata di trovare in una libreria dell’usato la versione base ormai introvabile del manuale, pure a un prezzo ridicolo. 
The Expanse ha avuto una finale dignitoso (più che si possa dire di tante serie tranne Galactica), ma solo Dio sa quanto mi piacerebbe vedere un’altra stagione della Rocinante & Co…
Idem. Mancano da girare tre libri: Persepolis Rising, Tiamat’s Wrath e Leviathan Falls. Il fatto che siano tutti ambientati trent’anni dopo la conclusione della serie lascia un po’ di margine perché prima o poi qualcuno concluda la saga con lo stesso cast. 
(poi volendo ci sarebbero anche le storie brevi di Memory’s legion che si presterebbero a una serie di corti alla Black Mirror)

Non ho mai compreso perchè non continuano con qualche nuova serie magari qualche spin-off, ci sarebbe molto materiale su sui lavorare… 
Pare che sia in arrivo il primo, scritto da Andy Diggle - l’autore dei fumetti The Expanse: Dragon Tooth - e Wes Chathamn, attore che interpreta Amos. Proprio ad Amos dovrebbe essere dedicata la nuova serie.

Wow bella storia Amos è un ottimo personaggio su cui incentrare una storia, anche secondo me “Bobbie” per spiegare meglio l’evoluzione della civiltà Marziana, civiltà su cui si potrebbe anche ambientare una serie con più stagioni.
Nell’universo di The Expanse, a Jim Lovell, che oggi salutiamo, è dedicata Lovell City su Luna.

This was a really enjoyable task - I got to develop the look of the Lovell Moonbase for Expanse. Loved the chance to reference one of my favourite films for this; 2001: A Space Odyssey. Also took some inspiration from the work of Syd Mead, as well as modern-day airports, refinery plants, housing developments etc. Took a while to make the city feel as massive as it needed to be while still keeping a sense of functional logic - there are hab modules, comms towers, air & water treatment plants, mining quarries, refineries, research stations, landing platforms, roadways for ground traffic, power generation and storage facilities and of course the main concourse and station dome.
