In fondo potrebbe convenire anche all’India,che fornirebbe potenzialmente molti moduli per la stazione).
O in subordine si potrebbe rovesciare al cosa proponendo una sezione Brics agganciata ad una stazione Indiana.
“Cosmobricconcelli” (come li chiamiamo questi navigatori dello spazio?) potrebbero visitare anche la stazione Cinese,che potrebbe avere un modulo dedicato ad alcuni Paesi (non credo all’India.
La Sojuz magari un pò riammodernata potrebbe fare da taxi per quei Paesi che non hanno aveicoli autonomi ( Brasile,Sudafrica,Etiopia,India,Egitto,Indonesia,Emiratini)..una riedizione del programma interkosmos che potremmo chiamare interbrics.

The GOVSATCOM Hub, a secure European system connecting users to various national and commercial networks, is not yet fully operational, and to become operational it must be accredited. The current regulatory framework, however, operates on the assumption that only EU member states will use the hub. Therefore, if the participating countries agree to grant Ukraine access to GOVSATCOM, that framework might need to be redefined.
Budgetary questions also remain. GOVSATCOM is not a constellation but a shared service architecture that allows participating countries to use each other’s satellite capacities. Member states will have to determine how Ukraine’s access will be funded, including whether costs will be shared or directly covered by EU or national budgets.

One key factor in the decision to purchase a Chinese satellite was the inability of the Russian industry to quickly deliver an advanced optical system with a resolution of 0.5 meters. This was, in fact, openly admitted by the governor of the Stavropol region when he briefly mentioned Stilsoft’s satellite plans to President Vladimir Putin during a meeting on December 5, 2023. [9] It was also acknowledged by Stilsoft director Yuri Stoyanov in an interview later that same month. [10] Speaking back in 2018, Stoyanov had stated that he was “scared” by the prospect of China becoming a global leader in high tech by 2025. [11]
The fact that the Russian-built versions of Stilsat will continue to use the Chinese high-resolution optical system may well raise some eyebrows in Russia’s optical industry. Russian optical systems with similar capabilities are expected to fly on several civilian remote sensing satellites in the coming years and may already be operational aboard military satellites.

Decisamente. Forse non è solo la follia Trumpiana di vincere il Nobel per la pace, credo che l’Ucraina sia considerata ormai astrategica e che la PRC possa vendicarsi della guerra dell’Heilongjiang senza combattere.
Sembrerebbe un piano di trasferimento tecnologico, almeno nelle intenzioni.
